Universities urged to recognise college qualifications

The education department believes that if the country’s skills base is to expand, college graduates should be given credit for their diplomas. The government is courting universities to recognise the qualifications of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) colleges and to enrol their graduates at advanced study levels.
