Implementation of the South African BRICS Think Tank (SABTT) agenda and working with other BRIC Tank Thanks through the BRICS Thinks Tank Council (BTCC) and Annual Academic Forum. The BTTC holds its flagship BRICS Academic Forum annually, and its mandate is to provide policy and research support to its respective national governments. Each country holds a Pre-Academic Forum prior to the Academic Forum, as well as BTTC meetings on the side-lines of the Academic Forum. Outputs emanating from these fora include but are not limited to the following: paper presentations by delegates, as well as commissioned research papers.
