Dr Moloto is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Management at the University of South Africa (Unisa), where she leads the third-year module in Strategy Implementation and Control. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration (2022) from Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), where she also lectured for five years, gaining deep experience in teaching, supervision, and academic programme coordination.
With more than six years in the higher education sector, Dr Moloto has established herself as a committed scholar whose work spans small and medium enterprises (SMEs), technology adoption, public service delivery, and the digital transformation of governance. She has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and working papers, and has presented her research at both local and international conferences.
She is actively involved in postgraduate supervision across multiple institutions, including Unisa, MANCOSA, Regenesys, Monash, and STADIO, mentoring master’s and doctoral candidates in areas such as leadership, public sector management, disruptive technologies, and entrepreneurial development. Her supervisory track record reflects a strong commitment to academic mentorship, ethical research practice, and nurturing emerging scholars.
At Unisa, Dr Moloto contributes to academic governance as a member of several committees, including Quality Assurance and Social Marketing. In addition to her research and teaching, she has served as an examiner, moderator, and reviewer for national and international academic bodies.
